1. Do you take insurance?
In order to provide the holistic care aligned with our mission, we do not accept insurance. Dr. Childs is credentialied with HMSA (known as Blue Cross Blue Shield), so you may be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement to HMSA if applicable per your health plan.
2. Where are you located?
Wellness in Motion was designed with you in mind. We are a mobile clinic offering premier care from the convenience of your home. We can provide you with service in your home with a in person or virtual visit.
